IT Project Management

Job Description:

  • Report to the Operations Manager
  • Manage Field Technicians per project basis
  • Offer technical support when needed
  • Oversee maintenance schedules
  • Monthly system checks
  • Quality assurance of Field Technicians

Server installation, server maintenance, network design and implementation, create maintenance schedule, support level 3 - including routers, firewalls, active directories, network administration, DNS, Exchange Server, SQL

  • Ensure all back-up systems are working correctly
  • Update and request new and existing cases from the Operations Manager
  • Plan, execute and implement projects
  • Knowledge of all technical layouts
  • Communicate client needs to the Operations Manager
  • Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to respond to emergency situations
  • Provide Pre and Post Sales Support Qualifications
  • 4 years of technical experience
  • In depth technical knowledge
  • Efficient and detail oriented
  • Prior management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
