IT Project Management
Job Description:
- Report to the Operations Manager
- Manage Field Technicians per project basis
- Offer technical support when needed
- Oversee maintenance schedules
- Monthly system checks
- Quality assurance of Field Technicians
Server installation, server maintenance, network design and implementation, create maintenance schedule, support level 3 - including routers, firewalls, active directories, network administration, DNS, Exchange Server, SQL
- Ensure all back-up systems are working correctly
- Update and request new and existing cases from the Operations Manager
- Plan, execute and implement projects
- Knowledge of all technical layouts
- Communicate client needs to the Operations Manager
- Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to respond to emergency situations
- Provide Pre and Post Sales Support Qualifications
- 4 years of technical experience
- In depth technical knowledge
- Efficient and detail oriented
- Prior management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
