Hoboken University Medical Center (HUMC) engaged NITConnect to convert its timekeeping process from a manual system to an automated, paperless system known as, Kronos. Kronos is a biometric technology that delivers cost-effective quality care by controlling time and attendance in work environments. By implementing this technology, NITConnect helped to streamline HUMC's current process of collecting time and attendance information for the hospitals 1,450 employees, ultimately reducing cost, resources and manpower.
